Featured Artist, September 22-29: Amy Talbott

About the artist:

I love drawing things and places that I see in everyday life. You can see more of my drawings on display at Sunergos on Woodlawn. 
I also offer watercolor house portraits and shoe portraits.

When I’m not drawing, I’m pursuing my running goals or planning future outdoor adventures. Or helping other people pursue outdoor adventures in my retail job. I am also the owner and coordinator of The Redbud Community Art Gallery.

About the art:

This week, I’m showcasing three watercolor paintings. One features the Iroquois Manor shopping center sign, one is a Bardstown Road streetscape, and the other is a sunrise seen from a hill in eastern Kentucky.
