Artist bio:
“I’m a potter who specializes in functional pieces with a lot of whimsy. Much of my inspiration comes from my favorite animal, the cat, and my Scandinavian heritage. I love being able to make things that are beautiful but also that folks can use every day. The intersection of “what makes this shape most functional and comfortable to use” and decorating the surface in a pleasing way is always interesting to me. When I’m not making art, I’m working as a voice actor, taking care of our pollinator/food garden, hiking, and fostering litters of kittens for local rescues.”
